Job summary

Walmart in Yorktown, Virginia is seeking an Operations Manager to lead store fulfillment initiatives and drive performance improvements across picking, staging, dispensing, and delivering customer orders via all channels. 2 years’ experience in retail operations or related field OR 5 years' experience in retail operations or related field.

Responsibilities

Collaborates with stakeholders to obtain market research and data; reviews KPIs and builds action plans to improve performance.
Identifies opportunities for process improvement and leads projects to enhance store fulfillment across all channels.
Develops and communicates business plans and priorities; removes barriers and provides resources to meet goals.
Monitors progress, measures performance, and adjusts actions to improve associate, customer, and driver experience.
