Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of leadership experience demonstrated through coaching, training, or motivating a work team.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with others outside of reporting authority.
• Proven customer service skills and problem resolution abilities.
• Strong financial and business acumen with experience in leading managers and interpreting financial reports.
• Balanced risk and sound decision-making to achieve business goals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; active listening.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Will be able to work weekends and travel within the defined market
