You’ll shadow mentors and gain exposure to live underwriting—analyzing financials, evaluating risk, and supporting pricing decisions—and move into a market-facing role with increasing independence.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s in a business-related field and on track to graduate by Spring/Summer 2027.
• Strong analytical and intercommunication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities, often under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Structured onboarding with virtual learning, in-person sessions, and networking to build underwriting knowledge and broker connections.
• Firsthand development with mentorship, job shadowing, and real-time coaching.
• Exposure to live underwriting work: analyzing financials, evaluating risk, and supporting pricing and coverage decisions.
• Transition into a market-facing underwriter role, managing broker relationships and underwriting accounts with increasing independence.
