Job summary

Hudl is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a team focused on our Fan and Club products. You will guide technical direction, mentor engineers, and drive the adoption of AI tooling to accelerate delivery of livestreams and ticketing features.

You will influence architecture, partner with Product Management and Design, and help shape the future of Hudl's Fan experience across platforms, including mobile and CTV.

Qualifications

• Proven background in modern web/mobile tech stacks.
• Experience with scalable cloud-based systems and data flow.
• Leadership experience in engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Set direction for multiple teams to stay ahead in the market.
• Mentor engineers from senior to junior and build leadership capabilities.
• Lead the design of robust, scalable cloud-based solutions for livestreams and tickets.
• Champion AI engineering practices and tool adoption across teams.
• Partner with Product Management and Design to ship Fan experience and Club tooling.
