TYG, a leading design firm, is seeking a Senior Architect to shape design excellence and studio direction. You will lead project teams from concept through delivery and build strong relationships with clients and project partners.

You will mentor designers, contribute to design strategy, and collaborate across architecture, planning, and landscape architecture to deliver integrated solutions. 13+ years of experience and licensure are required.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of professional experience in architecture.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Registered Architect with an active professional license.
• Proven experience leading design teams and delivering high-quality projects.
• Project experience across mixed-use, hospitality, residential, or commercial sectors.
• Strong client presentation, communication, leadership and mentoring skills.
• Knowledge of the local and regional market.
