Job summary

Polycor Inc. is seeking a Market Development Coordinator to support specification efforts for granite curbing products. You will focus on contact identification, outreach, and lead tracking from Bedford, Indiana in a hybrid schedule.

The role emphasizes building client relationships, identifying design-stage opportunities, and coordinating with specification reps to distribute drawings, samples, and materials while maintaining CRM records.

Qualifications

• Experience or studies in architecture, construction or civil engineering fields.
• Strong communication, organization and follow-up skills.
• Customer service experience with CRM systems preferred.
• Comfortable with cold calling and professional phone presence.

Responsibilities

• Support granite curb specification efforts by outreach to municipalities, contractors and engineers.
• Build and maintain customer and industry relationships.
• Identify upcoming projects in design and planning stages.
• Distribute product information, drawings, samples and materials.
• Schedule meetings and follow-up communications for the outside specification team.
• Maintain CRM data and track opportunities and activity.
• Assist with trade shows and industry events as needed.
