MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is seeking a Manager, Market Development – Dealer East, a hybrid analytical and field-facing role based in the United States. You will own KPI reporting, diagnose gaps, and drive countermeasures with field teams while collaborating across Marketing, Product, and Finance to align on market priorities.

You will lead the East Inside Sales team, coach agencies, and partner with Regional Sales Managers to plan ride-alongs and prioritize actions that maximize dealer

• Own a KPI scorecard end to end—define, report, diagnose, and improve.

Responsibilities

• Own the Dealer East KPI Bowler: weekly intake, gap-to-plan analysis, and countermeasure tracking by region and agency.
• Convert findings into structured countermeasures with owners, targets, and due dates.
• Maintain countermeasure logs and drive closure, elevating stalled items.
• Build self-service views and bookmarks in BI platforms for field visibility.
• Execute countermeasures in the field, including ride‑along support for new dealer activation.
• Coach agencies and inside sales on activation, onboarding, and funnel hygiene.
• Partner with Regional Sales Managers on ride-along planning to target top gaps.
• Lead and evolve inside sales while defining a new strategy over time.
• Introduce best practices like activation-to-first-order acceleration and reactivation of lapsed accounts.
