MasterBrand is seeking a Manager, Market Development – Dealer East to own KPI scorecards, diagnose gaps, and drive countermeasures in a hybrid analytical and field-facing role. The position requires strong data skills, CRM proficiency, and the ability to influence through credibility rather than authority.

The role manages the East Inside Sales team, partners with Regional Sales Managers, and travels about 25% to support dealer activation and market attack strategies. EST hours are required.

Formación

• Own a KPI scorecard end-to-end: define, report, diagnose and improve.
• Strong analytical capability with large data sets; Excel required; Power BI or Qlik Sense preferred.
• CRM proficiency, ideally Salesforce; funnel management and reporting.
• Translate analysis into a few executable countermeasures and drive to completion.
• Field selling or field sales support experience with credibility to ride along and coach on activation.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Dealer East KPI Bowler and improve key indicators weekly, monthly and bi‑monthly.
• Analyze performance by region, agency and account to isolate gaps and opportunities.
• Create countermeasures with owners, targets and dollar impact; log and drive to closure.
• Build self-service views in analytics platforms for field visibility and faster decision making.
• Lead, coach, and develop Inside Sales team; evolve the internal sales strategy over time.
• Travel ~25% within Dealer East territory; collaborate with agencies, Marketing, Product and Finance.
