We are currently hiring a Market Development Manager - Bilingual to help grow our company and achieve our mission.

This remote role is territory-based and requires the candidate to reside within the Atlanta, GA area.

You are: A high-performing sales professional with extensive experience exceeding quotas and impacting growth. You will serve as a brand ambassador, responsible for growing gross merchandise value (GMV) in target territories with retailers and partnering with regional retail leadership to drive strategy, product adoption, lease-to-own sales, and brand loyalty.

Your Day-to-day:

  • Engage with field leadership to communicate our retailer and customer value propositions and align on business objectives.
  • Conduct business reviews with retail partners to identify opportunities and develop strategies to overcome growth inhibitors.
  • Work with business leaders to influence and motivate them to meet and exceed commitments, driving channel sales.
  • Educate teams on products, solutions, technology, and available options to drive channel growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and suggest approaches to field and account management.
  • Use insights and data to coordinate with sales organization managers to support retail partner locations.
  • Create strategic plans that are communicated and executed across teams to meet business goals.
  • Utilize tools like Salesforce.com to track activities and share progress.
  • Consistently exceed GMV targets and grow lease-to-own applications through strategic execution.
  • Develop and measure the effectiveness of sales strategies.
  • Resolve compliance issues to ensure accurate representation of our solutions.
  • Travel approximately 50% of the time.

You'll Bring:

  • Wireless experience preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required.
  • Lease-to-own experience preferred.
  • At least 6 years of relevant sales or channel management experience.
  • Proven record of exceeding quotas and growing channel business.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle frequent out-of-town travel.
  • Must meet Driver Safety Policy requirements and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools.
  • Ability to develop successful business plans and secure commitments from leaders.
