Position Summary
As a Market Development Manager - Bioprocessing, you are responsible for outlining market strategy and points of entry into the Bioprocess market with the goal of achieving consistent growth with IH&S fluidics products. IH&S designs and develops high-performance fluidic components and sub-assemblies for use in advanced laboratory equipment in life science applications.
This key role requires an individual experienced in the bioprocessing space with strategic vision for new product innovation and strong skills in team collaboration. The market development manager champions our path in bioproduction markets and acts as the market expert, understanding and communicating trends, applications, and growth rates. They define and communicate value propositions for points of entry options. While collaborating with cross-functional teams, they set the innovation roadmap. This role also addresses channels to market, support mechanisms, and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction.
This role charts the course for and is ultimately responsible for top-line growth in the bioprocessing space.
Externally, the Market Development Manager will gather voice of customer and maintain industry relationships with thought leaders. Internally, the Market Development Manager works closely with sales, engineering, product management, operations, and quality.

Total Rewards
The compensation range for this position is $136,500.00 - $204,700.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance-based bonus plan.
