Job summary

Evercore in New York is seeking an Associate for Market Data & Operations within the Data Services Group to support data, reporting, and financial operations across firm-wide subscriptions and contracts.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, advanced Excel skills, and hands-on experience coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors, with responsibilities spanning month-end close, vendor invoices, and reporting enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2–3 years in finance, accounting, or market data management within professional services or financial services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Co-manage day-to-day and month-end DSS Operations activities across OS/FITS and related systems, maintaining contract, subscription, entitlement and inventory data.
• Assist with vendor management initiatives and resource allocations to internal stakeholders.
• Support collection, aggregation, and cleansing of product usage data for expense allocation and contractual compliance.
