RBC in Jersey City is seeking an Associate on the Market Data Services Compliance team to ensure real-time data usage complies with licensing and exchange policies. You will focus on risk mitigation, audit readiness, and policy enforcement across applications and user populations.

The role collaborates with business lines and tech partners to maintain compliance, drive cost efficiency, and guide junior team members on global exchange frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics or related field or equivalent 5 years work experience in market data commercials or technology.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail in high-risk environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight on access control best practices and monthly reporting.
• Participate in market data architecture forums to supply SME guidance.
• Collaborate with Market Data Technology teams to embed compliance from start.
• Support exchange and supplier data use audits and documentation.
