Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Science, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for macro development.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with market data management systems (e.g., MDSL) and exchange reporting portals.
In-depth knowledge of financial market data structures, exchange policies, and compliance requirements.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze global exchange data usage across vendors and direct connections, including non-display applications.
Maintain a thorough understanding of exchange reporting policies, formats, and portals.
Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, or annual reports to exchanges, directly or via vendors.
Complete mandatory quarterly or annual Exchange declarations.
Update the Market Data Management (MDM) system with user IDs, services, costs, and exchange entitlements.
Generate monthly CME, NYSE CTA, and UTP MISU Inventory Reports and related files.
