Responsibilities include cleaning equipment, cutting meat, maintaining inventory, aiding customers, and stocking the meat case. Part-time position with weekend/evening shifts; physical stamina required.

JOB FUNCTION:

As a Market Clerk, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality meat products to our customers and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our market department. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 18 years old or older

  PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • On feet up to 8+ hours per day
  • Repetitive lifting, reaching, grasping, bending, pushing, pulling, twisting, squatting
  • Frequently lift 0-20 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

  • Grinders, slicers, knives, tenderizer, cooking equipment, scales
