• Requires master’s degree in hospital/healthcare administration or related field.
• Minimum five to seven years of senior healthcare executive leadership experience, multi-site operations.
• Experience as CEO in a comparable acute care hospital is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for the assigned market’s performance across multiple facilities.
• Coach and develop CEOs and market leaders to achieve goals and sustain high performance.
• Establish and execute a market strategy aligned with enterprise priorities and community needs.
• Oversee multi-site operations to ensure compliant, efficient, patient-focused care.
• Manage market budget, capital planning, and financial performance.
