POET Bioproducts in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a Market Analyst to analyze grain, livestock, and feedstuffs markets, identify opportunities, and support commercial decision-making. Qualifications

• Provide and present analysis and risk reports to the POET Bioproducts Commercial Team.
• Assist in the development of trading strategies in conjunction with overall commercial directional strategies.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams in vetting possible business development opportunities.
• Build, enhance, and maintain the POET Bioproducts database.
• Prepare ad hoc strategic analyses as requested by Senior Management.

It is our role at POET Bioproducts to market and transport, as efficiently as possible, our high-quality products from our bioprocessing facilities to our valued customer who happen to be located all over the globe. We use trucks, trains, barges, containers and ocean vessels to make this happen.As a Market Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and communicating key financial drivers to the business, preparing and presenting reports to the leadership and commercial teams, and partnering with the business in evaluating opportunities, performing value-added ad-hoc analyses and completing special projects as required.This is an on-site role located at our headquarters in Sioux Falls, SD.
