Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an Associate Consultant for the Market Access Strategy Consulting team to conduct analyses across big data platforms and generate actionable insights for life sciences clients in the US. You will start under guidance but quickly contribute to engagements and mentor junior colleagues over time.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in consulting or data analytics, a strong GPA, and excellent communication skills. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

1–2 years of work experience in consulting, data analytics, or other relevant areas within life sciences.
GPA 3.5/4 or higher, excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication and quantitative skills.
Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.

Responsibilities

Execute high-quality strategic analyses across big data platforms to derive trends and recommendations.
Take ownership of analyses and support markets, payers, physicians, patients, and competitive products.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and collaborate with the project team to address client needs.
Develop predictive models to inform contracting, patient cost, and brand performance.
Translate analyses into clear conclusions and outputs for reports and presentations.
Present deliverables to clients via teleconference and in-person meetings, building client relationships.
Communicate progress, request guidance when needed, and outline next steps.
Develop deep knowledge of the healthcare industry and consulting methodologies.
Assist with recruiting and participate in interview processes.
