Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a driven Associate for its Market Access Strategy Consulting team in Boston or San Francisco. You will perform quantitative analyses on healthcare data, conduct market research, and help shape market access strategies for major US clients.

As you progress, you will lead components of projects, mentor junior staff, and present insights to senior leaders. The role requires strong academics, English communication, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters in a relevant field with strong academics.
GPA 3.5/4 or greater and outstanding problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills in business English.
Interest in evolving healthcare industry and travel (<10%).

Responsibilities

Execute high-quality, quantitative analytics to derive client insights.
Conduct primary and secondary market research for client engagements.
Collaborate with project team and mentor junior colleagues.
Develop predictive models for contracting, affordability, and brand performance.
Communicate conclusions clearly via reports and client meetings.
Prepare for meetings and manage project timelines and QC standards.
Demonstrate analytical rigor and use of healthcare data assets.
