Job summary

IQVIA LLC's Market Access Strategy Consulting team seeks Associates to perform high-quality quantitative analytics addressing client questions, with rigorous training starting July 2027 in Boston and San Francisco.

You will develop expertise across analytical methodologies, work with senior leaders, contribute to project engagements, and learn healthcare data assets to support client strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in relevant fields (biology, economics, healthcare, etc.)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Strong quantitative skills and team contributor
• Fluent business English, written and spoken
• Willingness to travel (<10%)

Responsibilities

• Execute high-quality, logical, and timely strategic analysis using big data assets to derive trends, conclusions, and actionable recommendations.
• Conduct primary and secondary research on markets, payers, physicians, patients, and competitive products to identify key findings.
• Participate in internal brainstorming and collaborate with project team to address client needs.
• Develop predictive models to inform contracting strategies, patient cost and affordability programs, and brand performance.
• Translate analyses into conclusions and deliver to clients via reports and presentations.
• Prepare for meetings and discuss analyses, answering questions on work.
• Adhere to QC standards and apply consistently throughout projects.
• Manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Communicate progress and seek guidance as needed.
• Develop knowledge of healthcare industry and consulting methodologies.
• Assist with recruiting and interviewing for new team members
