Job summary

Qualifications

• GPA 3.5/4 or higher.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong quantitative and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel <10%.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-quality strategic analysis using large data assets.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research for client engagements.
• Collaborate with project teams and contribute to client deliverables.
• Develop predictive models for contracting strategies and affordability programs.
• Translate analyses into insights delivered via reports and presentations.
• Prepare for and participate in client meetings and internal reviews.
• Demonstrate QC standards across project work.
• Manage time and meet deadlines.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
• Develop deep healthcare industry knowledge and consulting methods.
