Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, accounting, health care administration, economics, or related field preferred.
• Experience in market access, government pricing, pharmaceutical contracting, SOX controls, or other regulated operational environments is preferred.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data validation, process documentation, and operational reporting are helpful.
• Core capabilities: Detail-oriented, organizational skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a compliance-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Support dispute resolution in market access to ensure issues are addressed accurately and timely.
• Assist with SOX controls, maintain documentation, and support periodic reviews.
• Coordinate payment approvals and troubleshoot payment-related issues.
• Assist with vendor and customer system setup and validate tracking of invoices to budget.
• Support Government Pricing processes including data review, pricing coordination, and reconciliation activities.
• Assist audit readiness and remediation follow-up and prepare documentation for audits.
• Collaborate with Government Pricing to review data inputs and ensure pricing-related processes align with requirements.
• Support IRA-related data review, process coordination, and implementation efforts.
• Review contract-related information and provide operational insights to improve accuracy and compliance.
