Qualifications

Responsibilities

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Mark, IL. This position will begin with training on 1st shift before transitioning to a permanent 3rd shift schedule. The ideal candidate will have CNC machining experience, a strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to producing quality parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and machining centers according to specifications
• Utilize CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software and understand G-code for machining operations
• Operate auxiliary manufacturing equipment as needed
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Verify dimensions and tolerances to ensure product quality standards are met
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic machine maintenance
• Accurately document production activities and quality checks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Safely move materials using forklifts and other material handling equipment
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards
