Qualifications

• Previous CNC machining or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience operating CNC mills and machining equipment.
• Ability to read work instructions, blueprints, and specifications.
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Forklift and overhead crane experience is an asset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines.
• Load and run pre-programmed CNC programs.
• Review work instructions, specifications, and production requirements.
• Read blueprints and machining specifications.
• Monitor machine operations and identify potential issues.
• Perform quality inspections using precision measuring instruments.
• Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment as required.
• Cut and prepare materials for production.
• Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday | 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM

Pay:

• 1st Shift: $25.00 - $30.00/hour
• 2nd Shift: $27.00 - $32.00/hour (includes shift premium)
