Job summary

Coastal Villages Seafoods, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Seattle, WA to manage daily warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and distribution in support of commercial fishing vessel operations.

Responsibilities include maintaining a safe, organized facility; receiving, cycle counting, and processing inventory; coordinating shipments; and providing vessel support as needed. On-call use of company vehicles is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, logistics, or related field.
• Forklift experience preferred; pallet jacks experience.
• Valid Washington state driver’s license with good driving record.
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to establish effective relationships with vessel crews, vendors, and staff.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; quick learner of inventory/purchasing software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain warehouse, loading dock, and storage areas in clean, organized, and safe condition.
• Organize and label storage locations for efficient retrieval of parts and supplies.
• Conduct routine inspections and report facility, equipment, or safety concerns.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Maintain compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Receive shipments and verify quantities and condition against PO/docs.
• Investigate damaged shipments and inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory records and perform cycle counts.
• Process warranty returns and damaged product claims.
• Prepare and stage parts for shipment to Seattle and remote locations.
• Coordinate outbound shipments with carriers and ensure timely deliveries.
• Deliver and retrieve parts from local suppliers using company vehicle.
• Board vessels as needed to coordinate delivery of materials.
