Job summary

Pacific Seafood is seeking a Warehouse Billing Coordinator in Mukilteo to support the warehouse team with daily data entry, invoicing, and order processing. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely processing, and teamwork to maintain efficiency and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least a high school diploma, familiarity with Word and Excel, and the ability to manage multiple tasks including will-call, billing, and data entry.

Qualifications

• One year of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Follow procedures to ensure information is communicated and accessible to the support team, including the warehouse, sales, buyers, and customer service departments.
• Maintain daily productivity tracking.
• Prepare materials for scanning.
• Generate bill of ladings and invoices prior to updating system.
• Create invoices, verifying cases and price prior to updating.
• Process will-call and all sales delivery routes.
• Review selector error reports.
• Perform data and order entry.
• Maintain applicable records and files.
• Attend all department and training meetings when scheduled.
• Assist research challenges from the previous night (mis-pick and rotation).
• Run day/weekend tasks in system.
• Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.
• Ensure that employees work in compliance with established safe work practices and procedures.
• Maintain vendor relationships by meeting performance standards.
• Set-up and run pick labels.
• Set up and perform fillet jobs for production team.
• Assist with warehouse tasks such as receiving, weighing product, slotting, and packing.
• Participate in group cleaning daily.

Summary:

The Warehouse Clerk at Pacific Seafood is a key role on our Warehouse team supporting efforts to maintain operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and compliance. This position involves maintaining daily productivity tracking, processing orders promptly, and performing data and order entry and is ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, and can work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
