Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Maritime Intelligence / Systems Engineer to support undersea threat characterization and FINTEL production for ONI. The role sits at the intersection of engineering, all-source intelligence, and threat analysis to produce defensible assessments for countermeasure development and mission planning.

Responsibilities span reviewing intelligence, characterizing C4ISR architectures, and translating data into actionable insights for EW/EP and sensor-to-shooter chains, with emphasis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience or master's with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience producing maritime intelligence products.
• Experience with signal processing and/or systems engineering.
• Experience working with SIGINT, OSINT, and other all-source intelligence disciplines.
• Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI access.

Responsibilities

• Review current intelligence assessments and reconcile source holdings across the undersea domain.
• Characterize adversary C4ISR architectures with engineering SMEs.
• Translate raw intelligence and technical data into operationally actionable assessments for EW/EP and countermeasure development.
• Characterize the full adversary sensor-to-shooter chain from target detection to post-launch support.
• Assess intra- and inter-platform operations and data-exchange formats.
