Qualifications

• 3–5 years of litigation experience required.
• Strong analytical and research abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters through discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other substantive legal work.
• Take and defend depositions and participate in hearings and court proceedings.
• Assist with maritime, transportation, insurance, and commercial disputes.
• Communicate directly with clients and contribute to case strategy.
• Work closely with partners while developing increasing independence and responsibility.
