Frilot LLC seeks an experienced Litigation Attorney in New Orleans to join our team. You will handle high-exposure matters for national and international clients, shaping case strategy and trial preparation.

The role emphasizes direct client involvement, significant responsibility, and opportunities to gain courtroom experience while working with an experienced team of litigators.

Qualifications

• Louisiana Bar admission in good standing is required.
• 5+ years of litigation experience are required.
• Strong legal writing, advocacy, deposition, and case management skills.
• Experience managing litigation matters and working directly with clients.
• Experience in complex commercial, casualty, energy, insurance, or other sophisticated litigation is valued.
• Trial and courtroom experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop case strategy and coordinate discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
• Communicate with clients and manage expectations throughout trial preparation.
• Lead or participate in hearings, trials, and related proceedings as needed.
• Collaborate with a team of litigators to handle high-exposure matters for national and international clients.

Frilot LLC is seeking an experiencedLitigation Attorneyto join ourNew Orleans office. This position offers direct client involvement, significant responsibility, and the opportunity to handle interesting, high-exposure matters for national and international clients while working closely with an experienced team of litigators.

The attorney will have an active role in case strategy, discovery, depositions, motion practice, client communication, and trial preparation, with opportunities for courtroom experience.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• Louisiana Bar admission and be in good standing (required)
• 5+ years of litigation experience
• Strong legal writing, advocacy, deposition, and case management skills
• Experience managing litigation matters and working directly with clients
• Experience in complex commercial, casualty, energy, insurance, or other sophisticated litigation is valued
• Trial and courtroom experience is a plus
