Legal Search Solutions, Inc. seeks an Associate Attorney (2–7 years) to join its litigation practice in Miami. The role focuses on insurance defense and maritime matters, offering hands-on experience while collaborating with experienced attorneys.

The ideal candidate will handle varied litigation responsibilities, develop courtroom and case management skills, and contribute to a supportive, mentorship-driven team environment. Competitive compensation and benefits are provided.

Formación

• 2–7 years of litigation experience.
• Florida Bar admission in good standing.
• Maritime or admiralty experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with discovery, motions practice, and depositions.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple assignments.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with handling insurance defense and maritime litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case analyses.
• Manage written discovery and document review.
• Attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and experts.
• Assist with trial preparation and case management.
