Job summary

Advanced Technology Leaders Inc. seeks a MITD Operations Specialist to support the Maritime & Intermodal Training Department in Fort Lee, VA. The role focuses on preparing briefings, managing data, and coordinating training resources for Army programs.

The ideal candidate has five+ years in operations within a military HQ, strong proficiency in Word/Excel/PowerPoint, and solid data-tracking skills. A government NACI background check is required; travel is minimal.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of Operations experience in a military HQ setting.
• Experience preparing written correspondence to US Army standards.
• Experience creating and updating spreadsheets and tracking data.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience tracking suspense actions for large HQ (400+ personnel).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with Army systems such as 719s/7140s, RFMSS, VACAPES, JBL-E Mission Support Group Operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare briefings, spreadsheets, data downloads, system input, and support department staff gathering data and information related to training.
• Support administrative staff with information specific to Army systems collecting data.
• Track training statistics and update daily established spreadsheets.
• Coordinate and schedule internal and external training resources for classrooms, training devices, graduation hall and other facilities.
• Request and coordinate external training resources (bus and vessel support) in a timely manner to avoid training failure.
