Job summary

Terminal Security Solutions (TSS) is seeking a Senior Terminal Supervisor to serve as the Operations Manager’s direct representative and lead all personnel at the specific terminal. The role emphasizes ensuring compliance with FSP, MTSA, and federal/state regulations, while coordinating information flow and maintaining security of assets.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, a track record in security/logistics, and the ability to manage investigations, reports, and schedule fairness

Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance and proper execution of Facility Security Plans (FSP), MTSA and all applicable regulations.
• Plans, organizes and manages the work of subordinate staff.
• Direct investigations to verify and resolve complaints.
• Coordinates Operational meetings to ensure flow of information between Supervisors.
• Maintain the order and compliance standards for job execution.
• Provide safeguarding and security of assets for personnel, clients and visitors.
• Write and maintain reports of daily activities and irregularities.
