Qualifications

• Ability to obtain Secret security clearance (US citizenship).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the technical appropriateness of system modernization initiatives and propose alternatives.
• Review new platform development against Coast Guard and shipping industry standards for naval relevance.
• Research and experiment with next-generation analysis capabilities for innovative applications.
• Present analysis and engineering assessments to peer groups.
