Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design and delivery of complex port and marine structures.
• Act as key client interface, building trusted relationships and providing technical leadership.
• Oversee multidisciplinary teams, ensure regulatory compliance and safety.
• Provide strategic direction for mentorship and engineering talent development.
• Ensure adherence to local and international maritime codes and standards.
• Promote quality, innovation and industry contribution through forums and publications.
