Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Staff Civil/Structural Engineer to lead project teams on marine-related structures such as piers and bulkheads. You will develop civil and structural plans, balance technical requirements with budget, and coordinate with clients from concept through design completion.

The role requires 3–5 years of civil/structural experience, ABET‑accredited degree, and FE/EIT with a PE preferred.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited degree required in civil/structural engineering.
• FE exam or EIT certification required or in progress.
• 3–5 years of civil/structural exp., preferably in consulting.
• PE license strongly preferred or ability to obtain within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil/structural design of projects from concept to design completion.
• Design and analyze civil/structural components for various projects.
• Prepare drawings, specs, and other engineering documents.
• Lead client presentations, shop drawings, and contract administration.
• Conduct field inspections, measurements, and calculations.
• Mentor junior engineers and designers.
