Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, software engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Relevant experience in software development — from first practical experience to several years of professional experience.
• Strong analytical thinking, willingness to learn, quality awareness, and interest in high-end solutions for the global maritime market.
• Affinity for AI-assisted development and motivation to expand the use of AI pragmatically and responsibly, both in engineering and in our products.
• Very good written and spoken English; Spanish is helpful for local collaboration.
• Nice to have: experience with complex software systems as well as C++, Python, Qt/QML or ROS2

Responsabilités

• Develop and enhance maritime sensor-, navigation-, and automation-systems in close collaboration with your team and stakeholders.
• Plan and implement software tasks, including effort estimates, technical implementation, integration, testing, and documentation.
• Continuously improve our delivery efficiency and quality, including domain understanding, automation, and AI-assisted development.
• Contribute ideas on how we can improve our engineering culture, methods, processes, and collaboration.
• Depending on your experience level, take broader ownership for technical concepts, architecture, coordination, mentoring, or cross-team alignment
