Job summary

Yorktown Systems Group, Inc. is seeking a qualified Maritime SOF Exercise Control SME to support multiple SOCPAC exercise events in Hawaii.

The role focuses on coordinating maritime-specific MSEL injects and acting as the Maritime Response Cell within the ECG during USPACOM exercises. Required expertise includes NSW-related boat operations, VBSS, ISR, and experience in SOF training and exercise events, plus the ability to work 12-hour shifts and hold an active SECRET clearance.

Qualifications

• Must possess Maritime SOF experience across NSW, VBSS, and ISR in the USPACOM environment.
• Must have experience supporting SOF training and exercise events.
• Must be able to conduct 12-hour shift work during exercise support events.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maritime-specific MSEL injects with Exercise Design Lead to create realistic scenarios integrating NSW, boat ops, VBSS, and ISR.
• Operate as Maritime Response Cell / White Cell during exercise to mirror higher/adjacent/subordinate maritime forces.
• Synchronize MSEL injects, manage deconfliction, adjudicate training audience decisions, and provide structured feedback to ECG Lead.
• Support exercise events on dates including Keen Sword CPX (Oct 16–28, 2026) and PACSENTRY CPXs in 2027.
