Job summary

The Unconventional is seeking a Maritime SOF Exercise Control SME to support our team on multiple SOCPAC exercise events in Hawaii. The role provides operational and technical support to the ECG during USPACOM Command Post Exercise events.

You will coordinate maritime injections, act in the Maritime Response/White Cell, and deliver structured feedback to the ECG Lead while travel to CONUS/OCONUS locations as required.

Qualifications

• Must have Maritime SOF experience across NSW, VBSS, and ISR.
• Experience supporting SOF training and exercise events.
• Able to conduct 12-hour shift work during exercise support.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite tools.

Responsibilities

• Synchronize maritime MSEL injects with NSW and VBSS elements to inform realistic scenarios.
• Operate as Maritime Response Cell/White Cell, coordinating deconfliction and providing feedback to ECG Lead.
• Support exercises (Keen Sword CPX, Oct 16-28, 2026; PACSENTRY CPX dates) in Oahu, HI.
