Job summary

The Unconventional seeks a qualified Ground SOF Exercise Control SME to support our team on multiple SOCPAC exercise events. The SME provides dedicated operational and technical support to the SOCPAC Exercise Control Group during USPACOM Command Post Exercise events on Oahu, HI.

Responsibilities include synchronizing ground-specific MSEL injects, coordinating with Exercise Design, and acting as the Ground Response Cell/White Cell to replicate forces and provide post-exercise feedback.

Qualifications

• Ground SOF experience across Special Forces, Marine Raider or partner nation SOF.
• Experience supporting SOF training and exercise events.
• Ability to perform 12-hour shift work during exercise support.
• Active SECRET clearance; TS/SCI eligibility is required or in process.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite tools.

Responsibilities

• Synchronize ground-specific MSEL injects with the Design Lead to create realistic scenarios.
• Operates as Ground Response Cell/White Cell; tracks ground dispositions and coordinates decisions.
• Provide structured operational feedback to the ECG Lead during exercise events.
