Job summary

STAHL Companies in Arlington, VA, seeks a Technical Support Analyst – Maritime Sensing (ONR 321MS) to provide expert-level technical and programmatic support for ASW/MIW R&D efforts. Role involves coordinating with Navy stakeholders, researchers, and industry partners to advance maritime sensing technologies across TRLs 1–7.

The position requires a TS clearance, a BS degree, and 8–10 years of S&T program experience; PMP and DAWIA S&T M Level I are highly valued.

Qualifications

  • Active TS clearance required.
  • BS degree from an accredited university.
  • 10+ years supporting and managing S&T efforts related to ASW/MIW across TRLs 6.2–6.4.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and analytical support for S&T programs related to ASW and MIW technologies.
  • Extract, analyze, and organize complex technical data including system design, performance metrics, and cost analysis.
  • Support development and execution of test plans for maritime sensing technologies across TRL 1–7.
  • Assist in the evaluation and integration of underwater acoustic sensors, arrays, and processing algorithms.
  • Develop and deliver executive-level briefings and technical documentation for Navy leadership and sponsors.
  • Support planning and execution of large-scale meetings and program reviews.
