Responsibilities

• Enforce safety policies and OSHA compliance for company and subcontractors.
• Plan and train employees in safety practices, fire prevention and chemical handling.
• Inspect operations to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and post safety materials and signage to flag hazards.
• Assist in near-miss and incident investigations and follow up actions.
• Document accident reports and coordinate with HR and insurance for RTW.
• Schedule and conduct safety meetings and record notes.
• Conduct daily safety walk-throughs and report findings.
• Perform vessel and facility surveys to identify hazards and ensure proper PPE.
