Job summary

Fincantieri Marine Group (FMG) is seeking a Project Manager to oversee small to mid-sized projects within our production programs. You will apply industry best practices, manage planning, scheduling, budgets, risk, supplier and contractual matters, and report on progress to the Program Management Team.

Domestic and international travel may be required. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 8 years of PM experience, and PMP preferred; strong knowledge of FAR/DAR, EVM, and MS Office, with

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of project management, administration or contracts experience.
• PMP certification preferred; shipbuilding/maritime experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee small to mid-sized projects or portions of larger programs.
• Apply industry best practices and company processes for execution.
• Plan, schedule, control budgets, and manage risk and opportunities.
• Handle supplier, contract matters and program reporting.
• Support Program Management Team and lead small proposals.
