Precon Marine, Inc. is seeking a Project Management Assistant to support project managers in planning, execution, and completion of marine construction projects. You will work with construction and operations teams to keep projects on time and within budget.

This full-time on-site role in Chesapeake, VA offers collaboration on innovative marine projects and growth in project-control skills, with opportunity to contribute to reporting, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Primavera P6, HCSS, Excel and MS Office.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to perform geometric and measurement calculations from scaled blueprints.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative, team environment.
• Prior experience in project or construction management preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist project managers with planning, take-offs and scheduling.
• Maintain project documentation and provide timely updates.
• Coordinate communication between project teams and external stakeholders.
• Support site visits and prepare status reports.
• Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking.
