Job summary

Sayres Defense is seeking a Mid-Level Program Logistics & Lifecycle Sustainment Analyst to support Navy program logistics, lifecycle planning, readiness analysis, and budgeting across multiple product lines. The role offers a path toward senior lifecycle positions with increasing responsibilities.

Ideal candidates have ~5 years of relevant DoD experience, strong data analysis, and experience developing LCMPs, budget inputs, and decision-support materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a technical or management field.
• Approximately five years of relevant DoD, Navy, logistics or program management experience.
• Foundational knowledge of integrated logistics support and lifecycle sustainment.
• Experience organizing and presenting technical, logistics, financial, or performance data.
• Ability to prepare professional briefings, reports and trackers.

Responsibilities

• Support program logistics planning and lifecycle sustainment across multiple products and platforms.
• Develop and maintain LCMPs and sustainment strategies.
• Coordinate maintenance concepts, spares planning, supply support, and configuration management.
• Analyze fleet readiness, system availability, and total ownership costs.
• Track readiness drivers, obsolescence risks, and KPIs through product lifecycle.
• Prepare briefs, product summaries, status reports, and leadership materials.
• Support budget, POM cycle inputs, funding alignment, and capability trade analyses.
