The role works closely with HR Business Partner, Labor Relations and Payroll, and requires a Bachelor's degree; preference for maritime academy or USCG Mate License.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years related experience, or equivalent.
• Strong maritime operations knowledge and HR compliance.
• Experience with union agreements and time-entry review.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruiting, crewing, scheduling for marine vessels.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and time-entry compliance per union rules.
• Coordinate training, travel, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain liaison with HR, Labor relations and payroll.
• Administer drug testing and E-verify onboarding.
