Job summary

Anduril Industries in Washington, DC seeks a Legal Counsel, Maritime to support its Maritime Division on a landmark shipyard program. You will operate at the intersection of government contracts law and corporate transactions, handling FAR/DFARS flow-downs and governance documents.

The role requires 5+ years combined experience, DC bar admission or willingness to obtain it, and strong negotiation skills with government agencies and lenders. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of combined experience in government contracts law and corporate/transactional law.
• Deep understanding of FAR/DFARS, contract vehicles, UCAs and definitization.
• Experience with entity formation, operating agreements, IP licensing, or M&A.

Responsibilities

• Advise on government contracting and corporate transactions across multiple workstreams.
• Negotiate complex agreements with government agencies, lenders, and corporate partners.
• Draft governance documents and manage cross-functional corporate structuring.
