Anduril has just secured a landmark shipyard contract. This is a significant and complex program, and we need a lawyer who can operate at the intersection of government contracts law and corporate transactions. In this role, you will provide legal counsel across four critical lines of effort: (1) government contracting; (2) corporate formation and governance; (3) financing and credit documentation; and (4) entity structure. This role demands someone who can move fluidly between negotiating FAR/DFARS flow-downs in the morning and drafting company governance documents in the afternoon.
