Job summary

Anduril is seeking a Legal Counsel, Maritime to support its Maritime Division on a transformational shipyard program in Washington, D.C. This hybrid role combines government contracts expertise with corporate transactional work to advance four lines of effort.

You will manage FAR/DFARS flow-downs, corporate formation and governance, financing and real estate transactions, and coordinate with external counsel while owning major projects with strategic impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years blending government contracts and corporate/transactional work.
• Strong foundation in FAR/DFARS, UCAs, and definitization.
• Experience with entity formation, governance, IP licensing, or M&A.
• Experience negotiating complex agreements with government, lenders, or corporate partners.
• Licensed to practice law in D.C. or willingness to obtain admission.

Responsibilities

• Government Contracts: Execute FAR Part 12/15 contracts and manage CLIN structures.
• Corporate & Transactional: Form governance structures, negotiate IP licenses, intercompany services.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Advise on strategic Maritime transactions and coordinate with external counsel.
