Job summary

Gravity IT Resources seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to support a portfolio of complex shipboard technology initiatives across vessel construction and delivery lifecycle. You will coordinate planning, installation, integration, testing, and deployment readiness for numerous products and applications as new ships move through construction and into operational service.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex technology, infrastructure, or deployment projects.
• Ability to manage numerous parallel workstreams.
• Strong scheduling, risk, stakeholder management and issue-resolution skills.
• Experience coordinating large cross-functional teams of technical and nontechnical staff.
• Willingness to travel internationally and obtain required work authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning and execution of multiple concurrent shipboard technology initiatives throughout the vessel construction and delivery lifecycle.
• Coordinate 25+ products, applications, or technical workstreams concurrently.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, action items, dependencies, risks, and readiness plans.
• Partner with product, engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, operations, procurement, logistics, vendors, and shipyards.
