Qualifications

• Proven ability to conduct technical assessments and develop cost estimates.

• Strong written reporting and communication skills; Spanish proficiency a must.

Responsibilities

• Assess boats, engines, trailers, and fuel systems; document condition and gaps.
• Develop ROM estimates, BOMs, SOWs, and COAs with sourcing considerations.
• Conduct vendor research and cost comparisons for marine services.
• Coordinate with Ecuadorian partners, U.S. personnel, and contractors to maintain timelines.
