Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a Maritime Regulatory Compliance Lead to oversee regulatory adherence for contractor-operated maritime operations across the Indo-Pacific.

This senior role partners with SOCPAC, MSC, and host nation authorities to ensure safety, legality, and compliance with USCG, IMO, SOLAS, and DoD standards. You will provide expert guidance on vessel operations, port assessments, and regulatory documentation, supporting mission readiness and expeditionary logistics while driving

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marine Transportation, Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Maritime Operations, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years supporting maritime operations, regulatory compliance, port operations, vessel management, or maritime logistics.
• Minimum 5 years supporting DoD, Federal, MSC, USCG, maritime programs.
• Experience interpreting USCG regulations, IMO conventions, SOLAS, and host nation rules.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior maritime regulatory compliance advisor for operations.
• Ensure compliance with USCG, IMO, SOLAS, DoD, and host nation regulations.
• Interpret regulations, policies, and contractual requirements for execution.
• Monitor compliance across ports, vessels, and logistics nodes in the Indo-Pacific.
• Coordinate regulatory requirements with SOCPAC, MSC, host nations, and partners.
